| The Mediterranean climate of Benalmádena offers mild winters and pleasantly warm and not too hot summers because of the light sea breezes. The minimum temperature is at 5º and the summer maximum is at 35º. Like all other municipalities and towns in the Costa del Sol, the mountains and hills shelter Benalmádena, limiting rainfall and ensuring bright sunshiny days throughout the whole year.
