Popular Traditions
| Similar like in the other neighbor cities there are few annual celebrations in Castellar de la Frontera. Among the most celebrated ones are the Carnaval of Castellar and Semana Santa in February and April respectively. The Feria y Romería of the Holy Christ of Almoraima is in May, the Fiestas del Divino Salvador and the Fiestas de "La Boyal" are both in August, while the Velada de la Almoraima is in September.
