One of the most celebrated traditions in Andújar and also it has national tourist interest takes place in the last week of April. The Spanish writer Miguel de Cervantes references this celebration in some of his works.
This fair relates back to the beginning of the 19th century by decision of kind Carlos IV. It is being celebrated from the 7th to the 12th of September.
