Andújar

Andújar is situated 30km from Bailen, on the right bank of the river Guadalquivir. Like most of the towns in this province the main industry in Andújar is olive oil production. A very know thing from this town are the pottery jars which are capable of keeping the water cold even on the highest temperatures. This town has many beautiful old houses and churches and it is situated near the ancient Iberian community of Illiturgo.
